Freaking satellite service it never ends UPDATE 3

Ok the drama continues but I should start at the beginning, I'll try to brief you on this unending drama tomorrow, just wait it's worth it!?.....ok here we go and mind you I wish I had been taking notes but I had no idea this was going to turn into the drama it has. On the 9th of last month my TiVo, which readers of the tyranny of the box know I love my tv, it's my background while I work. Anywaymy TiVo stopped getting the local networks, so I call in, they have a appointment on the 15, because the box is broken. OK, it's old, the death of a good friend, but let it go, I'm still going through the grief stages, the tech comes out and swaps the box out, everything is well. Except not, the new box is going to take a week to get the television guide downloaded, so I hook up both the tv and the new box, and reconfigure them both for single channel recording, not perfect, but it worked.... Then the box in the living room goes out, now rember my TiVo goes out on the 9, tech comes out on the 15 to switch new boxes, 18th the living room goes lout, I call in, they tell me it's the satellite, but the tech just said that part was fine, but they make an appt on the 23, Sunday my loves day off, we get up at 8am and wait, no show, I would find out some one canceled the appt, but can't seem to trace who, now, you know there's two types of technician, their service techs and installation techs and neither can do the others job. The appointment with the service tech was canceled on Sunday the appointment with the installation tech on Monday happened on time. So the installation tech changed out the satellite installed the HD DVR receiver in the living room and installed the new lines in the bedroom, all good right? No! We got everything taken care of all the paperwork signed and fixed, he left I went into the bedroom and found a cable coming out of the middle of the room and crossing across the room. No really the wire was coming out of the middle of the wall and laying across the middle of the room in a coil so I had to try and wire it myself reprogram the boxes to get the right channels and then I had a white cable sticking out of the wall an inch away from electric socket. He drilled a hole in entirely the wrong wall. So I call the satellite company, who mind you I am now stuck in a two-year contract with, they send out two supervisors to look at the situation. They point out that not only should he have removed the old satellite that he had left in the middle of the backyard but he had used about an inch and a half of caulk to seal the outside hole instead of using some kind of special equipment. So now on the day after the fourth I'm going to have to have a whole group of people come out and redo the wiring on the whole house. All of the wires for all of the satellite box are going to have to be redone. They're going to try to get me whole home television for my inconvenience, they will redo the line in the middle of the room so that it won't be coming out of the middle of the wall and going across the middle of the room laying on the floor. Yet there's another problem because of the type of house I live in their not qualified to repair the hole so I have to get someone to come out here look at the damage and give me an estimate on how much it's going to cost to fix it and then get a check from them after they've okayed the cost to have that individual fix the hole until then they're going to put a little socket in it and fill it with more caulking so that nothing can crawl through the hole. So as I said the adventure continues I don't know how this is going to end, the nice thing is we do have Wi-Fi now and that has been an amazing gift but I will fill you in on how things end, if it ever ends. I apologize if this whole post was a little confusing or hard to understand. But believe it or not it continues. They were supposed to come out today and redo the whole house but of course they are completely overbooked so now it looks like maybe they'll be able to come out sometime next week to redo the house. Of course always at my convenience.
